Mizoram is an Inner Line Regulation State. For entry into Mizoram by a non-resident of Mizoram, an Inner Line Permit (ILP) has to be obtained at the Lengpui Airport (Aizawl) if one is coming by flight. ILP can also be issued from Mizoram House in Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati and Silchar. It is also issued at the CHECK GATE at Vairangte (Assam-Mizoram border) if one is coming by road from Guwahati via Silchar.
One has to reach Aizawl, capital of Mizoram atleast two days before start date of a course.
To reach Kamalanagar, where the centre is located, one has to come by availing Sumo service from Chakma House, Hunthar Veng, Aizawl. Sumo service is available on all days except Sundays. Sumos depart at 6 am. The journey takes about 10 to 12 hours.
